Group coaching provides a stage for collective wisdom, colleagues learning from colleagues. This colleague interaction is often as important as the interaction with the coach. I will walk teams through facilitated conversations to leverage time and resources. The employee benefits and the organization benefits given increased trust between colleagues and the breakdown of office silos which creates improvements across an organization. 30 minutes for the two of us to get to know one another. My hope is to better understand why coaching is important for you and how you want to spend our time together. I’ll answer questions you have of me and together we can determine next steps.
